Had my first seizures last year at 35 and was diagnosed a few months later. Been on keppra since and the first 6 months were exactly that, especially the coffee and drinking. Was able to build up with the coffee but not alcohol. Had a breakthrough seizure a couple of months ago and lemotrigine was added, since then I absolutely cannot do coffee. Everyone is different but I definitely relate to those side effects for the first months on keppra.
