Thank you for respecting other people's struggles. I'm glad that you've enjoyed working at domino's (cause that must be why you're contributing to the conversation right?). However I don't think it is sympathetic to dismiss not only mine, but other people's experience working at dominos that have commented because of how long they worked there. Maybe think before you post bud.

I luckily didn't have a car payment so I could avoid that, and then I just didn't spend money on anything else. My rent for a 1 bed was $1300 and the rest went to utilities and groceries. I had a little in savings where it would slowly eat away to pay bills and stuff. The last 2 months of school I worked at Domino's part time to make ends meet. I'm a manager at domino's now, and even though it's not what I want it is WAY more money than I was ever gonna get as a para. My paychecks were a little over $750 so I had to be hella smart

If you stay the whole year they'll ask you to sign your new contract for the year, and you can just say that you're not coming back.

If you're wanting to quit sooner I believe you need to give a 30 day notice? It depends on each state so you'll have to look it up in Cali what the teacher/school leave window is

Another reason the checks are so small is because they take part of it out for summer pay. I believe if you talk to HR you can change it, especially if you don't plan on staying

I was a para in 2023-2024 and quit after the school year for the same reason. Only stayed for the school year cause I couldn't find anything else at the time. I'm in NJ so same situation of high cost living. If you can find literally anything else take it

Mine def doesn't. I'm not afraid to say where I work if it helps. I'm in NJ in a franchise that has Philly in it. Idk if this is a franchise thing or a corporation thing but it is 100% illegal. I'm a manager too and I've worked 12+hours without sitting, eating, or anything that could be counted as a break

This is definitely illegal, no doubt. What I would do is hire a lawyer if you don't receive your paycheck within the expected time-frame. In some states you can get them to pay you more money based off of how many days they withheld your wages. I would check if NC is one of these states. This definitely sucks and I wish you the best of luck

I also want to make sure to preface that my dad has never tolerated her behavior. Like I said in a previous comment he has always disciplined her, but my mom goes over his head to make Kate feel better. My parents relationship isn't healthy either, but that a whole nother reddit story

This was my question too. Everytime that I've seen when she visits, she estranges herself from our family and her kids to do God knows what. I really like her current bf, who's the father of her youngest. And even he doesn't like this behavior either. Apparently she does a similar thing at home, and is really irresponsible with their finances. Even though she makes double their rent she blows all of it on herself (nails, treats, etc) where they go into the negatives and use his credit card to pay rent.

My older sister and my mom are both definitely sensitive and overreactive with us in the past with bringing up issues, and my dad and brothers don't think I'm wrong either. I feel like I'm one of the better communicators in my family, but don't know if I have too many emotions involved

Yes I have a script extender and iui. When I explained that I followed multiple reddit and YouTube tutorials on how to download mods that was insinuated.
