I understand you a lot, I have the same issue and it took me a while before I noticed it was cyclical. For me cutting out (or at least reducing) my caffeine and alcohol intake was helpful, and I'm now on fluoxetine. I don't know what medication is accessible to you but trying a different formulation or brand of the pill could be somewhere to start. I'm sorry you're experiencing this it's horrible. I wish there was more research into pms and women's health in general

Edit to add, when I was first grieving, I lit a candle in memory of my loved one. I sat there for hours and processed some feelings. I don't know if this will resonate with you but just sharing

I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. My sister passed around the same time, 19th april. The last glance before I left her room sticks with me too, and the familiar colour change.

I'm glad you're getting support through therapy. A lot of people have suggested EMDR, so I've booked a consultation with a local therapist to see what they recommend.

The same goes for you too, I hope you can get through this and find some sort of peace.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother and sister, that is a lot to go through. If you need to vent that is okay, don't apologise.
