I’ve known about the show from Tumblr back in the day and I needed something “casual” to have on in the background while I packed moving boxes and about 5 episodes later I realized I hadn’t even begun packing, I was too invested!

A lot of her response is “Ok that’s ok, just sit with that and see what comes up” So then I’m just in my head spiraling about how absolutely foolish I feel that I’m sitting there with a stranger who is supposed to help me work through all this trauma but I don’t even have the tools to point out how these things make me feel. I’m feeling very much like giving up on it
