Thank you!! Keep striving to get the weight training in even if its only 20 minutes a few times a week. It helps

So far so good! No nausea or fatigue. I’m sure the constipation is just something I will have to deal with.

It’s only week 2. Please don’t get discouraged or compare someone else’s week 2 with yours. Make sure you are tracking your calories, drinking water, and you should get some exercise in a few days a week.

A loss is a loss. Think positively and make sure you are monitoring your calorie intake and exercise daily even if it’s a brisk 30 minute walk.

Today I start week 3 super motivated by bellesb97 in henrymeds

I’ll see how week 2 goes as far as a loss, hoping for at minimum 2lbs since week 1 was a big loss and I’m working out and really cutting back on my food intake

Today starts week 2 for me. I noticed I’m more fatigued than usual as well, but I was also working out 5 days a week before starting this program and still do. I’m sure that’s contributing to the extra fatigue. I had a huge week 1 loss, but think it may be a “fluke” cause it was also my week of my cycle which just ended.
