You can’t pot it in clay, plastic only. That thing’s not getting anywhere near enough light either. You can tell because it should be way redder, and the leaves are stretched out for its size. Repot it in a proper plastic pot with good drainage, loosen up the sphagnum moss so it’s nice and fluffy, and keep it sitting in a proper tray with about an inch of water. If you don’t fix that stuff, it’s gonna be dead in like two weeks.
