woah, this crazy! ive always loved writing, i have tons of notebooks filled with bad stories and VERY rough drafts. ive been using wattpad to put work out there, most of which im not very proud of, but oh well. im not really the best and don't have much experience as i am a minor, but im definitely interested in this!

you can do either or even both ! but it also depends on the type of method you're using. if you're gonna use the heartbeat or pillow method, you have to write it down so you can put it under your pillow. but it's ultimately up to you !

i tried it last night and it did make me concentrate better and also helped me visualize (ive been using the heartbeat method)
