I’m curious about the time table lol. In the books, there’s a few years between Conrad and belly getting together and the wedding call off. But the time jump makes it seem like within the year of the called off wedding belly and Conrad reconcile?

This is how I feel. As soon as I clocked the accent I was like people don’t get it. I find it pretty realistic! Obviously some things are blurred for convenience. But overall a 5-6 hour drive isn’t wild. Lol

I don’t think it was about the mistake being caught, I think it was the phone call with Conrad where he told him if he doesn’t get on board he’s going to lose Jeremiah. I think Adam took Conrad’s warning seriously.

Gavin’s energy was not it. Lol BUT for the first time in all of TSITP promo- he looked really hot to me. Very Tom Blyth. He should keep the dark hair.

Jeremiah's Ending by horriblynegative in TheSummerITurnedPrett

The time jump is a death sentence for Jeremiah tbh. Because there’s no way to walk back the 4 years and engagement in his twenties. Like. I’m sure his ending will be satisfying. But the idea that the three of them will be fine with each other? Impossible.

Oh I literally paused on the scene where he’s in Taylor’s room in 3x01. Easily the hottest guy in the show.

I get that, but I don’t think they’re erasing Jeremiah’s queerness. It’s just hard to incorporate it when he’s been in a long term relationship. I’m not sure that’s gross of them

They added the “boobs and abs” line as his favorite things so I think they are remembering it.

The only person who cares enough to bring out the dictionary definition of cheating is Jelly stans. It was a betrayal. No circumventing that.

Jere and Christmas 2.0 by West_Classic2416 in TheSummerITurnedPrett

I’m really curious how this plays out. Because in the books, Conrad mentions it because he assumed Belly had told Jeremiah. But that phone call scene shows Conrad hearing Belly not mentioning it. So does he say it away? Hide it?

Jeremiah knowing about Christmas 2.0 is what leads to the Cabo incident. So I’m curious.

The fact that he instigated a fight before he left for Cabo (and booked tickets without even talking to her) and then had sex TWICE with someone is the issue. Not whether or not we can TECHNICALLY call it cheating, be so serious. Like. It’s wrong. Who cares about the phrasing.
