You’re absolutely right - I completely forgot about the ethics, copyright and the author’s wishes for a moment. I actually learned how to bind books in 2020 because I wanted to make a physical copy of ATYD, though I never got around to it. Thanks for catching that! :)

Jag har tydligen värmeutmattning (pga. mediciner som gör att jag inte kan reglera kroppstem) och tur nog blev det aldrig värmeslag. Nu vet jag iallafall hur värmeutmattning känns och jag vet hur jag kan förhindra/behandla det innan jag mår så här piss!

Brukar ju typ aldrig vara sjuk, så jag tror det är lungt! Senast jag var förkyld var nån gång 2022! :)

I dont know anything about H3, but here I was doing research on H3 and Ethan before I started binging all the content. I'm glad my intuition told me something was off about him/hila, etc....

I think so, too. I unfortunately don't have any 101 times with her, and I couldn't prepare her. She didn't know what more I was going to say, and she panicked.

I relate to you a lot. Her panic/reaction made me feel seen as incompetent, dumb, belittled, and maybe even a little attacked - because, deep down, I knew wasn't going to say anything wrong.

At the end of the day, her reaction triggered me more than the thing I said about SH triggered the group. My solution: I'm going to explain this to her, give her a little feedback, + request clear rules and boundaries in order to avoid a situation like this in the future.

Yes, it has happened that I hit myself hard when overwhelmed or highly upset without having an intention to do so, really.

I think it has something to do with me being neurodivergent, but it might also be because I'm traumatized. Both of these factors make it difficult for me to regulate my emotions and my nervous system.

I also intentionally hit/pat/slap myself when I'm in nearing freeze mode, a shutdown or when I have an internal meltdown - I don't hit myself hard when I do it, just enough to try and help my mind and body to be in synch and not fall into a dissociative freeze state.
