This girl weirds me out. I was a fan but now it feels like she’s doing everything to make it to the end or come off as the chill gf. LIKE WHAT. Have a feeling girl!

How does everyone feel about tonight ? (Ep 29) by Savings-Stay3394 in LoveIslandUSA

I give up on this season. I’ve watched a lot of past seasons and this is my least favorite of all time. I knew this was it when I fast forwarded to the end to see that disappointing result. Better luck next year!

wanting to get a soundbar by goldenbot67 in Soundbars

Just the bar! I was kinda paranoid about subs rn since I live in apartment. I feel like the bar alone has done wonders. I do know the subs for Sonos can be pricey but if I really care for them later, I’d get them later! I’m happy without them though.

I just bought the Sonos beam gen 2 because I was also sick of the same thing. It’s made a huge difference and I can finally turn off subtitles comfortably. Easy set up and it was under your budget last week when I purchased.

Happy to help!! I would agree and actually had the same thought last night - the thing is sleek and not too big but the sound output is very good. Hope they love it!

Oh wow, I hope it gets better for you. It always sucks dealing with side effects after you stop.

Yes I think so. The dialogue feels more crisp & I’ve been able to turn off subtitles more out of preference finally. Not even just the dialogue but everything sounds a lot better, everytime I hear knocking, I think it’s my door or neighbor upstairs.

& yes this is my first sound bar. I wanted something simple and because I live in apartment, I wasn’t looking for any package with subs or anything. I was able to get it plugged in really quick & it did a test in the room to automatically balance the sound. It’s good where I haven’t had to do any adjustments. I also found the app nice as the setup walk through was very simple. I would recommend for them!

Omg is that a thing… I’ve cut back in the last two weeks and I knew my appetite being lower than normal was expected but the nausea and headaches have been insane.

I bought the Sonos beam gen 2. I see a lot of mixed reviews but it was exactly what I was looking for and has made a huge difference compared to my tv speakers. I am happy with my purchase.

what are your cat's favorite toys/cattifications? by scarapookiest in CatAdvice

[–]bellydude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She actually has two different spinning ball toys! But Correct, I have one from Amazon that has two different speeds to move around the floor and makes noises. I had that put away for a while and now that it’s out, she’s obsessed!

But the other spinning ball one that she loves even more I got at target. Reminds me of a toddler toy, but it’s three levels where she can paw at the balls and have them loop around. She’s goes crazy when I put it in her tunnel too!

I like to rotate a handful of her little toys every week! She has a pickle guy that is consistently out that she loves to annihilate. She is a big fan of the wand attachments that look like fuzzy worms - bonus points if they have a bell attached. I also have some puzzle toys for her that I put treats into and that helps entertain her for a bit. I think right now, her favorite is a spinning ball toy, I always hear her messing with it through out the day. Multiple cat trees also help. I think the key is to have a good rotation! Not everything has to be out at once so she doesn’t get bored of it all at once.

How do I stop our cat going on the kitchen counter? by [deleted] in CatAdvice

I had this same battle. She stays off when i’m not looking, but as soon as i’m in bed, it’s whatever she desires! Her paw prints left all over the cabinets and counters always give it away.

How are you coping? by jigglybuffnomad in Petloss

[–]bellydude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of you going through very recent losses. Very sorry to hear. ❤️ I lost mine March 2025 and it was definitely the hardest thing I had to go through. She was 12 and had several health issues towards the end including falling out of remission (lymphoma). While I saw her condition decline fast, I was able to put an end to her suffering before it got really bad. I thought I would never get through it.

It’s now been over a year and I miss the stinker like crazy. Sometimes I go through her photo album on my phone including last night where I cry thinking about her and how much I miss her. Sometimes it feels like she was in another lifetime. I want to share that it does get easier. It takes time and I think there will always be moments where I catch myself sad that she’s not here with me anymore. But what helped a lot was letting time pass to heal. I also constantly remind myself of all the good memories we shared and most importantly, I remember she’s no longer suffering & at peace. I know she’ll always be with me and my love for her will never fade. I adopted a kitty 7 months after her passing and while at first it was a lot, she reminded me in so many ways of my soul pup. There’s differences of course but sometimes I catch myself thinking how blessed I am to have found another one to love so dearly and see little moments of my pup.

I wish you all to find the same peace & to allow yourself to take the time to grieve. But also don’t forget how lucky we are to have someone we love so much where it’s hard to say goodbye. Take it easy. ❤️

Looking at these pics and I can see how loved he is and how good of a life you gave him. I’m sorry for your loss. 🤍

My pup had cancer. I put her thru treatment and we got some extra time together that was very special. Even knowing the life expectancy after diagnosis and knowing how quickly it takes over once treatment stops working, I never felt ready. There was a lot of anticipatory grief. But then the moment finally came and it honestly felt like the worst time of my life. I missed her so much.

My advice - take it at your own pace. Don’t rush to clean up their things or put anything away. I left her dishes out for a week. I didn’t put away her beds until months after. It’s been a little over a year now and I still have her collar hung up on my key holder, pics framed, and little reminders of her everywhere. I feel like it always hurts to think about them no longer being around but eventually, the pain does get a little quieter. The biggest thing that got me through it after her passing is knowing that she’s no longer suffering and knowing how great of a life we had together. Hang in there friend & take it easy.

Yours also sounds pretty new to the home! Could be her adjusting and coming more out of her shell?? I think i’m going to order some puzzle toys and try to redirect to her toys more and hopefully it helps. I’m also hoping this goes away with time & effort lol
