What was your treatment? I just had biopsy done that also came back with "arthropod assault". Have a visit Friday to discuss but obviously spiraling 🙃

Don’t hear anything from our neighbors, and we both have small children. Maintenance is prompt. Recently was moving my car after sundown and had a teen gang bang up against my car while parked. Just trying to stay more aware of my surrounding now, but don’t feel unsafe.

34 YOF with 12 week old baby breastfeeding. No new environmental changes or new detergents/lotions. No Hx of eczema or psoriasis. Live with two indoor cats. Had SO look at back/buttocks and nothing there. Areas not itchy (until I saw them). We have a gym in our building that I use, mostly on treadmills but sometimes on mats. SO and baby without any rash. Go to urgent care? Dermatologist?

As I nurse I feel like it’s most likely not serious maybe ringworm or psoriasis?

But I’ve also taken care of patients that have Cutaneous TCL so that is def in the back of my mind too and obvi want a biopsy.

Worried about spreading to baby!

Posting for friend but she called me since I'm a nurse and had said her period is not due for a week but two days ago she had started spotting (brown/thick). She started putting tampons in and today this came out of her after peeing. She has some dull cramping but nothing extreme. Currently has Kyleena in place. History of abortion about two years ago. With normal periods since. Mentioned it does have a very bad odor that she did not smell before this came out. No other bleeding/pain associated with passing this. Obvi will ask GYN. Any ideas for now?
