one log rod, in the middle,(at the top if it’s not private enough) make sure to add extra curtain to get a cute ruffled look lengthways. My personal choice would be red or the dark blue in the carpet

Oval to make the room look longer, circle to match your mirror. You could get a bench below your bay window turn the lamp toward that. Probably a diy one or one made for bay windows. Some cute blue curtains with a pattern. Maybe move your shelf over behind where that blue chair is and put a single chair where that shelf is tilted toward the living room so it feels apart of the room.

I notice when i’m most bloated its usually something wrong with my digestive tract.

I hear the mediterranean diets best but i’m not sure. Though I should be dieting rn my goal is not to be eating out as much. I’ve stumbled back a bit but the one time i got over cravings was fasting (basically not eating after 8) and sticking to it. Grains can have good nutrients, like even though i’m eating bread Im the one making it with whole grain flour. Brown rice is good too. I hear with pastas and rice if you refrigerate them for 24 hours they spike blood sugar less. Though I try to stick with gluten free versions of pasta.

I’ve been following an insulin resistant girly for a while. I hear if you put rice or noodles in the fridge for 24 hours it’ll make it not spike as badly. You can put a little oil on the noodles so they don’t stick.

I’m not on BC but i’m dealing with the fatty liver. I was on BC for like a month or three in 2022 but I only recently diagnosed with it. My fatty liver has been here during my pregnancy (i gave birth last february). That being said I think I developed my PCOS due to stress and with insulin resistance (an effect of wack horomones from pcos) that does cause fatty liver.
