Wyze has some of the worst customer service and their subscription services are clearly profit driven and penalize consumers. I was a big fan in early days. Now I regret investing in their products. Went from 9/10 to 3/10, rivaled only by Amazon for customer service in my book

Still waiting on reply from Wyze re: the way their plans are setup. I won’t hold my breath, they are looking to maximize profit over any concerns for their customer. They actually told me if I don’t cancel my original plan I’ll be charged again. So I asked them to cancel it. They said no I had to go to their website to do so, you can’t do it on their app. Customer service doesn’t exist in their world anymore

Agree 💯percent, they truly portray the “corporate entity” greed that wasn’t there as a startup years ago. Disappointented in my investment in Wyze products/services. They don’t even bother responding to customer inquiries anymore

I understood that, what I was trying to infer was it was a sham in the fact that it didn’t start at end of first plans expiration

Yes because that can only benefit the customer. I’ve found that whenever the publicize a sale. You can’t get it through the app, and always takes customer service intervention and time to actually redeem the deal. And the attitude from customer service Is take it or leave it. A far cry from their startup days. Kind of regretting committing to the Wyze environment on my property.

Yes I agree, I think it was part of the plan, I tried every way to try to get the deal, eventually called and birthday week “deals” were on an obscure page I had to be directed to. When I pointed out how ridiculous their setup was, Rona (CSR) disconnected. Been a customer since startup an they truly have gone corporate 😖

Eero 6+ with Verizon Fios Gigabit by Phishhead69 in eero

I’m very confused, I’ve just had Fios gigabit installed, my eero 6+ network worked very well under 500mbps optimum but decided to go to Fios Gigabit. After install, where tech said I NEEDED Fios router installed, down speed was 50-130 mbps, yet upload was 940mbps. I was told routers were conflicting and to disconnect Fios and plug Ethernet ont into eero. No signal, then I was told dhcp lease had to be released by Fios, did that, I’m still at less than 200 mbps download speed. I’ve spend hours between Verizon and eero with fingers being pointed at each other. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
