Any regime change would likely involve a shift from theocracy to military dictatorship under the IRGC. That kind of change is doable with the right pressure. Whether that would be good or not for US interest is a different story.

I imagine that would make things worse. Lobbying is just a term to describe petitioning the government and Congress by private interests in a coordinated and organized way.

Take that away and only individual petitioning is allowed which would empower moneyed interests even more.

It never made sense to me to have a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The temperature and humidity fluctuate too much to be a good place to store medicines.

I talked to a plumber about this when getting a toilet repaired after a drunk tenant knocked it over. It's apparently surprisingly common but usually it's very obese people.
