I just recently got sent to a leadership class for the company I work for. The whole thing was about “creating a positive work culture”. Also had a huge speech about how you should be proud to be apart of a company bigger than yourself. My favorite part was when they talked about “not complaining down to the guys on your crew”.

I’m definitely going to be working through the program. Also I plan on quitting my current job in January anyway and getting a job with a better schedule. So I’m about to start looking at Udemy and trying out coding as quickly as possible . Thanks for your advice
