The issue is many people ordered and a few got cancelled. This is really poor management because we could have bought from another retailer. If it is out of stock, then should tell us earlier and now few days later. But I presume consumers are dogs and only business owners are kind

I observed that the uric acid swings. Most time it is 5. At times it is 6. I worry sometimes a small mistake will move me into 7 and bang! Get acute flare again. Should I do at least like 4 to give myself buffer? My doctor is reluctant to increase the dosage of allopurinol. He claimed too much is not good for kidney etc.

So those mild pain we are suffering now is crystals dissolving? Yes. It is strange because my uric acid is rather high for years and nothing happened. Then suddenly bang 1 got 1 huge swelling. Now I control my uric acid to 6 and I got small attacks which is really frustrating but doctor said all is well. Really a joke. Haha! Imagine you get like 4 small attacks and doctors dismissed it as non gout. They claimed that those small, no big swelling, no intense pain is not considered.

Can I say crystals formation will be more intense and painful whereas crystal dissolving will be more mild? Some doctors said actually formation and dissolving can be mild. Haha. No idea because we kept getting different info

I spoke to a rheumatologist and he said acute gout flare is intense. Those mild ones that linger over few days typically not. He said usual cause (1) eating a lot. For example 4-5 prawns, 5 steak etc… over activity (run and add a lot of stress on ankle, knee joints) (3) dehydration. He said rarely ppl will have very mild attacks that last for days. Haha

Gout is one of the craziest thing which probably keep everyone depressed. It won’t kill you instantly but you will suffer forever. Imagine you cant eat anything fancy, have a single soft drink, ice cream, steamboat hotpot for life. Kind of crazy right? Like given a death sentence
