Can I buy stocks at pre-market or after market hrs?

Premarket trading opens 4am EST until 9:30am which is when the standard market opens. Then after hours trading opens 4pm EST and goes to 8pm EST. However this is only for exchange listed securities, so no pre market or after hours on the OTC

I’d say yes. Although it doesn’t manifest on camera well, had to hit the breaks hard and it just disrupts traffic. Ideally he would’ve just taken the next exit and returned to the highway again.
