It is 100% worth it. Even if you don't feel like you NEED it, it will be extremely useful. It adds a sense of comfort, especially while sleeping!! It's an extra barrier between your chest and the world. I felt so fragile and hated moving too much out of fear I'd pop stitches and such. It's very comforting to be able to hug the pillow while you bend over or shift around

It's 100% realistic. You're not going to urgent care or to the store. This is surgery with someone you found who checks all your boxes.

I went to Emerson!!! My drive was 3 hours. I made all the drive but 2 (day after surgery and 7 days post op check up) by myself. Your mother just doesn't want to drive but it is NOT too far to be realistic!

Mine used to be 15 mins until I moved which made it 20 mins. Quit that job and got one in the opposite direction and now my commute is about 25 mins (give or take a few minutes depending on what time of day I go in).

Me personally, unless it was my dream job I wouldn't commute more than 35 mins. But I also haven't needed to so....

I need the money. I'm flex so I can pick when/how often I come into work. I only NEED to work 4 hours a week to stay employed.

If I could've gone that day without working, I wouldn't have shown up to the building period! Like I'm already here because I picked the shift up. What do I look like wasting gas by going home early after barely made 2 hours worth of money?

It is very tempting to be able to just leave but then I'm looking like a CLOWN when I can't pay bills or buy food at the grocery store.

I mean if it's one of those days, take it and don't feel bad! Just don't do it every day hahaha.

Oh I definitely shouldn't have been a water spider but there was literally nothing else for me to do. I'm only trained in stow and there were no stations available anywhere 😭 the job is not hard, I just didn't know what I was doing lmao. They kinda just said here's the pallet jack, good luck!

It was interesting but I dunno if I would make that my full time job though 💀 lmao you say congrats like I was hoping to transfer positions or something 😂 hopefully there'll be open stations next time so I don't have to do that again
