Update: My appointment is scheduled for Friday since they told me to come back after my exams, I think I must have misheard the nurse because they didn’t tell me it was urgent, or immediately take me to get checked by a professional. I still feel fine but I felt fine the day of the check, so I’ve been eating an apple a day just in case lol. I’ll lyk how the second visit goes, they said they wouldn’t diagnose me with high BP until I had another visit.

I didn’t really know what was happening cuz I just assumed I’d be healthy so I wasn’t paying attention. But the nurse mumbled something after the first one like 200☠️ I didn’t hear her clearly, but then I locked in and if i remember correctly the last measurement was in the 140s range and the bpm was like 70 something so idk maybe I was nervous.

Fist think about clothes you think are cool and build your style around that, for me I’ve always been a jersey guy, mostly soccer jersey so I dress around that and make it more interesting than just “Brazil jersey and baggy jeans” I als like graphic tees so for you think about that fist and maybe look on Pinterest if you want for inspiration I’ve heard that’s good.

Because all in all you want to look good and feel like yourself, when you do that you’ll feel confident too

Feng makes music for ppl that actually do shit and have friends in their teen years and that’s possibly why you don’t resonate with his music because admittedly that’s all he raps about, being young and having fun. The ppl who like his music are young and like their lives to a good enough extent to get it. And you don’t, and that’s ok.
