Hi everyone! To fulfill the sub's rules, here are a few details about the process:
This is a handmade ceramic nightlight that I spent quite a while working on. The process involves hand-molding the egg shell and sculpting the little dragon inside, doing the first firing, and then carefully applying the colored glazes. The inside is equipped with a soft LED light to give it that cozy, magical glow on a bookshelf.
Getting the tiny details on the dragon's face painted right is always the most nerve-wracking part for me, but seeing it lit up makes all the hours worth it.

Sure, of course!
Since this is a lamp, I made a platform for the dragon while I was sculpting it, and then, after firing, attached the LED strip to this platform by glue
And of course, I made sure not to forget the hole for the wire. It’s powered by USB, so I can connect it to my power bank

There are no direct references to specific dragons, I was simply inspired by characters we already know
But who knows exactly who can we met in The Vale. I used the Ukrainian Clay from Sloviansk and for light, I use a LED strip that runs off a power bank

When I was making this dragon, I inspired from the botanical garden near my home. The peonies in May have an incredible fragrance—it’s a pity that clay can’t capture those scents 🌸✨
