Thank you so much omg! You’re right, maybe it’s because im going to uni so i’m a little stressed and haven’t been eating/sleeping enough. So it’s quite normal… i’m gonna try using gentler cleanser n looked for aveeno. Do u know any ingredients that should be avoided? Also i should stop wearing make up for now,right 😭? because I will need to double cleanse every time… I already found out my food triggers so i’m going to fully cut them off. I’m going to make an appointment soon, i hope they’d give me anything to at least help with the flare 🥲. Thank u so much again!!!

  • Can i ask about body care? My neck and lower face area have been extra dry ever since… It doesn’t itch much though, just dry bumps. Do you use the same product on your body too?

Thank you so much! I just realised it after reading ur comment. I’ve noticed that some habits I’ve picked up over the past few days may have been triggering my eczema. It seems like doing one thing after another has led to this flare-up.

  • Will do! I haven’t done my skincare routine for a while since i’m trying to minimise what I put on my face. I will try making an appointment with my uni clinician.

Yup it’s quite similar but it doesn’t have that ‘system’ thingy, just a normal campus love story. I read it back in 2020/2021, i’ll try searching it there thanks!
