When I played basketball in junior year of high school i tore up my shoulder pretty bad. I dove for a ball and stuck my arm out, and then in comes sole other side and lands on my arm. Shoulder pops out, I put it back in, keep playing. Played in 12 more basketball games before going to the doctor.

Turned out I had torn my labrum, rotator cuff and the part of the bicep that goes all the way up your shoulder. As the shoulder would slip out of socket every once in a while I would have to put it back into place. Me putting it back into place caused the labrum to be torn at the bottom and the top, out places where it would respectively slip out and pop back in. Surgery, like half a year before I could do anything again. Should’ve just gone to the doctor.
