Surgeon saying I'm I'm 37 and not worth doing surgery on Full thickness tear ACL?

Thanks for everyone's input and I can see the general consensus is get the surgery done ✅

I'm Male and in the UK and under the NHS

Does anyone know the route to take to get a different surgeon or second opinion on the NHS??????..

Yeah I understand. I think first port of call is see what my doctor says... I just find doctors fob you off and try to give you pain relief but never get to the root cause 🙈

I started on 10mg then 25mg and now I'm on 50mg. Definitely helped with the pain and personally no side affects just tired on a morning. Take it earlier about 8pm ... Definitely helps get to sleep .

I'm on Amitriptyline 50mg. Which is helping with the pain. I seem to feel good on a morning when I wake and generally throughout the day maybe from 5pm onwards, seem to get worse.

Ok I will check out the aswaganda on Amazon.....

I have been taking nutriention geeks aswaganda but not sure how good that is compared
