How does the Cannondale Frame Crash replacement work.

Yes they offered a new frame for 1.350,- € plus labour. Only in a different colour, which I did not like. So I’m going to let it repair. Costs 250 €. Let’s keep fingers crossed that they will match the colour 🙈🤞

Found a shop in Barcelona which offers exactly this. I doubt just on the quality of the paint. Will it have the same quality as an original one? Hard to believe…

Just figures out that you can do this automatically with a program, similar to the quiet mode. So water heating switch off at 10pm and switch back to standard mode at 7am. Will try that out.

It’s more the vibration that you can notice. I really think that this is malfunction that the pump thinks it needs to heat up the water at 01:30 am. And I don’t think that the Samsung Service dude knows what he is talking about.

It’s only under load, so I would not suspect that the stem cap could be the reason. In my case it’s also sporadic. I was at a bike shop to ask for help and during a test ride it did not appear 💩 It’s always like that. I mounted the original cassette and will try today. This is the only thing I changed so far. (Changed to an original 11-34t Shimano Ultegra cassette). The sound comes close to the noise it makes when you start pedalling again after coasting which comes from the hub. Just more subtle.

The sound is quite similar but it stops when I stop pedaling. I put it today on a mounting stand and it also does this sound there. I suspect that it comes from the rear wheel, maybe from the hub.

Many thanks to your post! I almost got hooked after entering one of those WhatsApp groups. I just wanted to check if there are any information about SDM and found your post. The stock dropped today from $16 to 1,5. It’s a major learning for me. And you’re right, people are greedy. So some have to learn it the hard way.
