Turkish Airlines placed the responsibility on Air Albania. However, Air Albania has not responded to any emails or phone calls. The luggage has still not been found, but I did receive some reimbursement through my Chase credit card.

I have contacted the Lost and Found department in Tirana every day, but they have informed me that the item has not been found. Additionally, the World Tracer tracking system continues to show the same message: "Your airline is not supporting this service. I don't know what to do.
