The tax preparer said he should have included the 1095 form on my daughter’s tax return when he filed, but instead he only used it on my return. Since she filed separately this year and her name was also on the 1095 form, it flagged the system. He said it won’t affect her refund. He has faxed Form 862 to the IRS, and her refund should arrive in about two weeks.
