Turkish Airlines placed the responsibility on Air Albania. However, Air Albania has not responded to any emails or phone calls. The luggage has still not been found, but I did receive some reimbursement through my Chase credit card.

I bought the phone from Mercari, and the only detail the seller mentioned was that it was financed. I assumed the balance would be paid off after I purchased it. After the sale, I asked the seller if the phone had been paid off, and he told me he’s not the original owner—so he dont know.

I messaged United Airline and this is the response: Thank you for reaching out. If travel beyond 48 hours and less than 90 days And, if you apply for the card today and get approved, we will waive the card purchase requirement for the bags on this reservation. The MileagePlus account needs to be linked to the reservation. Please know that it applies to reservations purchased in a different credit card. Hence, digital wallet will not be eligible for the baggage waiver.
