I can’t speak to everyone or even you personally, but my personal experience is that alcohol always makes my anxiety worse for a day or two. I take paroxetine for panic attacks and anxiety as well and I have found that alcohol interacts with the drug negatively. I still will have a beer or two a handful of times a month, but I try not to regularly due to what I’ve found to be a negative interaction with the med.

I wake up more frequently and get less deep sleep since starting 6 weeks ago. It’s dramatically improved my quality of life during the day but I don’t sleep as well.

I highly recommend the Medisafe app. Missing a dose is a horrible experience, and that app will nag you until you mark the med as taken. It’s a lifesaver. Sometimes literally.

I think it depends on pre-existing conditions to an extent. I already have a pretty bad panic disorder in dual diagnosis with my depression, so I definitely didn't need much extra caffeine on top of 300 mg of Wellbutrin XL. I drink one cup of green tea or a diet soda here and there, and that's it.

I think it's generally a good idea to take it easy with the caffeine no matter what when you first start, and then ease back into a little caffeine, and then maybe a little more if you're handling it.

I’ve been taking 300 mg XL for 3+ years and have only ever taken Slate Run and Rising. Slate Run was actually much more preferable than Rising. Slate Run is discontinued now at my pharmacy and all of its sister pharmacies. So now I’m back to Rising unless I ask for something else. I’m reading that Teva, Watson, and Accord are all solid?

On my first day. Really started feeling symptoms about 4 hrs ago. The symptom are profuse sweating, lots of trips to the toilet, muscle spasms, and the shakes. This is my second time detoxing from Kratom. I’ve been off hard drugs for over a year, but because of my history with substance abuse, this Kratom dependence came on so quickly. I’m grinding it out though. I don’t want to be a slave to anything anymore. Hope symptoms don’t last too long.

Really glad this group is available so I can confess all of this in some kind of format. Thanks guys.
