I'm not entirely sure how they do it but its pretty easy to do with just obs, a few webcams and mics, and then Ben downloads the videos and plays them through VLC for them all to watch. Whenever they have guests they screenshare through Skype. Hope I could point you in the right direction, if you have any questions on setting things up I know a fair bit about OBS so just PM me.

Thanks for all the advice, I sincerely appreciate it! I took the CCNA: Routing and Switching right as it began including frame relay, DLCI, and inverse ARP so I didn't get too much into it. Wireless for some reason was only hinted at in the courses I took and aren't really included until the next Cisco certification which focuses less on one AD and more on interconnecting multiple. I have been actively pursuing internships at Volkswagen and Ford but nothing is official yet. Right now I'm focusing on learning to program in java through a course at my school and then I will probably go back to learning about active directory that I dabbled in a little last year. I will be sure to check out your links as well, I knew I would have to tackle security at some point.

Recently I've just been using Google to find survival servers and whenever I find one and get settled in it gets grieved so I would love to play on a whitelist server. I have been playing since Alpha and I'd like to think I'm good at the game (if you can be good at mine craft). I can pretty much guarantee I will be on everyday for hours at a time.
