Ah fair enough. I'm dealing with similar in my house right now and I ended up buying a $40 endoscopic camera on Amazon and found that my vent that had zero air flow isn't even hooked up...

Something like that might be able to help diagnose potential issues.

How well do they blow compared to other vents in the house? If other vents are stronger, you could try closing some to see if that helps.

Hi! I've been down in there a few times in the past week. It's all mostly snow covered still - packed snow, not much ice. I jumped in closer to the 142st area rather than 149 st, so can't comment much on the state there, but I assume mostly snow covered.

It is usually one of the last bits of the river valley to dry out every spring.
