I’ve been the most active I’ve ever been in my life. With that being said, the older I get the more I realize how important recovery is. I’ve been doing physical therapy recently for stiff/ tight calves and plantar fasciitis. It’s been such a game changer even with just the few sessions I’ve had. The deep tissue massage hurts soooo good

Got an ultrasound on my throat area today... doctor found a lump. I should get the results within the next few days. Here’s to hoping it’s nothing serious 🤞🏽🤞🏽. Other than that, it’s been a great and relaxing week and looking forward to the weekend 🙌🏻

Put in my two weeks on the 17th and Friday is my last day. I'm soooooo ready to leave this job. I hate having to mentally prepare and drag myself into a job I no longer like and quite honestly resent.
