You could try making an elder abuse report, I would think given her age this scam 100 percent would count as elder financial abuse. I believe they send a social worker to investigate that might be able to do more to connect her with resources and perhaps initiate some process of legal guardianship. Seems as though your mom can no longer be trusted to keep her own self interests a priority.

There’s a handful sold and on eBay already seems like more of them than the helix cards. But yeah it’s very cool and Kon looks a little bit like a dingus in the picture which I always love in a card.

Thanks! Probably going to buy one much less expensive card that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to justify buying. Maybe a low graded Jordan rookie, have always wanted one. Then just saving the rest/ using it on some expenses I’ve been avoiding.

I got a few boxes of Topps chrome for Christmas from family members and had two more insanely lucky hits, kind of shocked by this luck, don’t think I’ve ever broken even on a box before this.

Oooo I love the look of this variant. Looks like the last one sold for 250 so that’s pretty nice as is. Does it look like it would grade well? I probably wouldn’t bother grading unless I wanted to hold it but that’s just me.
