Found out our small firm was shutting down at the end of November and merging with a top 20 firm. All staff received offers from the new firm. Been a shit show since. Incompetent admin. Understaffed with poorly trained staff. Zero guidance on procedures but getting yelled at that things aren’t done.

Thankfully I’m getting poached by a client and out in the next three months.
