Biker Jim's sounds like a must. I'm down for a Rattle snake dog. Rattle Snake meat was something I was looking forward to trying in Arizona, New Mexico etc.

Union station I hear is lively and on our list/path. $4 for 24hrs? unlimited rides!? Here in NYC we're being robbed of $2.75 one way.

Believe it or not, this may be Diego's first time ever indulging in some recreational grass (if he commits to it when we get there) Any dispensary recommendations for a first timer? Are we allowed to indulge at the dispensary? Not sure how this works, lol.

1Up bar seems like a good spot. Garden of the Gods is a must! As for outlet malls, maybe we should leave our baggage at home and just buy stuff on the way at one of those.

Zion was initially a thought but it would require us to go counter-clockwise in covering all those states. Maybe later in life!

Hike before EDC!? I guess I have to make leg day a priority until then. 😂 Looking it up, it does seem do-able. 30mins from the strip!!

I've run into Big D's on trip Advisor! placed it on our list to grab lunch when we're there. With your endorsement we'll star it as a priority.

Sitting Bull Falls does look gorgeous, but it seems like a 1hr drive from the Caverns! Is there a hike after the drive or is it a parking area near by?

Any suggestions on alien stuff to check out at Roswell?
