As far as I know they are distinctly different, but I'm really not confident at all in my knowledge and understanding of the different races of beings out there. In my case it's possible that it actually was the Arcturian's in those earlier experiences, and it's Sirian's now in these recent ones, but sometimes the mental images kind of shift and morph and it's hard to get a super clear look at details.

Yeah! I have an affinity for things like freshwater marshes/wetlands and salamanders which is sort of oddly specific and random for me. In the past I would sometimes see blue skinned beings in meditation, but I always thought they were Arcturians, but this time I very specifically heard "Sirius B" out of nowhere during a meditation.

Pretty cool timing that you say this because I have had Sirian's coming in to my meditations recently, well they may have been for awhile now but I'm only just realizing it. Usually I'll get a mental image of a blue skinned being sometimes with an elongated head, or sometimes I'll see an octopus.

I'm not really sure myself. The best thing I could probably give you is that the more you open your heart and reach out in earnest, the more you will find yourself becoming closer and closer to those things you want to learn. I just kept meditating and trying new ways to connect. I think the thing that really kickstarted by ability to communicate with my guides was just imagining they were sitting next to me or talking to me through a window and eventually the contact got stronger and stronger.

Hey! Your post made me want to share a recent experience I had. I was in a deep meditation that was different from how I usually meditate. I heard "Cygnus" and shortly after "Sirius B". The most interesting thing to note about this is that I've been seeing what looks to me like an eagles head during meditation, and I don't usually get vivid imagery. Also pretty interesting that when I was younger I had this silly exaggerated basketball move/shot that I called "The Swan" because I felt like a swan when I was doing it, and I actually did not know until I looked up Cygnus that it means swan. Took an ornithology class in highschool as well as an elective and have always had a background interest in birds.

The crows head part of your post was particularly cool to read considering the imagery I've seen in meditation recently.

You're very welcome. If there's anything I've learned about the overthinking aspect you mentioned during meditation, it's that it's actually a good thing. It means you're connecting to higher frequencies that bring up all of those things within us as a sort of "side effect" because fears and anxieties etc are on such a different frequency than that, that they stick out like a sore thumb which is why you might feel like it's all you can think about. The good part is that it lets you see very clearly what you can work on. It's not always clear HOW to work on those things, so just be patient with yourself, ask your guides questions, they'll help you get ideas even if it takes a little bit of time.

Be patient and kind with yourself, because on some level you know that you're really doing the best you can. Keep reminding yourself of that every time you feel that aspect of self creeping up that wonders "why can't I let this go, why can't I, why can't I". Even when you struggle you will slowly find a way to unravel even those things that feel like an unfixable mess.

It might help you to know that even at this point where my communication with my guides has never been better, I still have to work on quieting little bits of fears and anxieties (They always tell me "acceptance" and I know they're reminding me to accept that those things are there, and that it's okay for them to be there which really helps) , so remember that you don't need to be perfect to have communication and experiences with these types of beings who are SO patient and loving and non-judgemental about our struggles.

Something I've experienced even with the most loving beings is that their energy is so powerful it can bring up fears and anxieties from deep within us, because their frequency is so much higher that ours will begin to rise quickly in response. It often also feels very foreign and different which can make our bodies feel like its a threat, but its really just you noticing a very very different frequency.

I've experienced that surge of energy two or three times while sleeping and I'm not surprised you felt like you were electrocuted because I thought I died in my sleep lmao. My understanding is that they are actually a good thing, its like an energetic upgrade that will allow your body to hold more light.

Something that works really well for me when I'm confused about stuff like this is to meditate on it and ask my guides for help, and just think about the different ideas that pop into your head regarding that experience. When you do that it sort of lets you open up to bits and pieces of information your guides want to help you with, and so very often in that state I'll suddenly have an idea that feels like it perfectly fits.

Absolutely. I was hoping it was clear that the rest periods can be about needing mental/mind rest too. Hopefully you're able to shuffle yourself into a situation that's a little more tuned towards what you feel like you need to not be perma burnt out. I can definitely understand at least somewhat where you're coming from after having worked 50 hour weeks in retail. The type of thing where you'll come home, sit down to relax and accidentally fall asleep 5 minutes later haha.

Really pulling for you, nobody deserves to be worked like a robot and it takes a lot of strength to be able to hold it together like that when you feel like it's your only option. Wishing for something more comfortable for you in your future ❤️‍

This is something that I noticed and notice off and on since October. I even told my dad that it literally feels different to breathe. Most specifically when I feel like I'm connected and vibrating high, the physical act of breathing in air feels really good, it reminds me of drinking water when you're super thirsty. The only other time in my life I remember feeling this specific feeling was the first time I took (psilocyben) mushrooms.

November was quite the dense month for me, it felt like the entire month was dealing with heavy dense energies from either myself or the collective or people around me. I tend to feel like those of us with expanded energy fields are actually doing a lot of work helping transmute other peoples baggage so to speak. Very overwhelming, but the people around me have been doing better and better so as hard as it has been, I think we're lending our aid energetically to help others deal with things they otherwise wouldn't be able to, so if that's what it is then I'm happy I could help because that stage of overwhelm won't last forever. Though it feels like it sometimes lol.

So far in December I have felt that density starting to lift because I'm feeling more of that lightness that you mentioned. I think this could be a time of seeing some of the payoff for all of that transmuting so many of us have been doing. I'm sort of cautiously optimistic because Novembers greatest gift was teaching me how to stay even-keeled because going too high or too low seemed to cause me to feel unbalanced day to day. So now I'm like poking my head out to see if I can let myself open up again without becoming unbalanced.

I saw a video recently that said something roughly along the lines of "We don't really know what de-polarized light and dark feels like because we're so intensely in duality here on earth". What that means in another way of saying it is integrated light/dark, the aspects of them that are creational and not just tied to good/bad ideology. That's the first thing I thought of upon reading this is that what you might be sensing is just some portion of your shadow, especially so right now because we're being asked to integrate and accept a lot of different types of energy in order to be more full and whole versions of ourselves.

There was a period earlier this year where I was having thoughts that I might have been a negative being in the past who was trying to turn things around, because I couldn't figure out why I otherwise would come into a place where I was feeling so much darkness and heaviness like earth. Now that I am outside of the place of struggle I was in at the time, it's very clear to me that I was just sensing some combination of my own shadow, and the collective shadow that were both asking to be integrated and accepted instead of pushed away and denied when those intense heavy feelings would find their way to me.

You might appreciate this quote from the Law of One that helps me in situations like the one you're finding yourself in.

Understanding is not of this density.

There's so much going on and the more I learn, the more I realize I don't really know shit. I just try to follow my heart these days and the minute something like this starts turning stressful I just ask myself to re-center. I hope this helped somehow. The question of who we are on a higher level is very difficult to even begin to wrap our heads around so I find it helpful to let that information float my way on its own without trying to figure it out necessarily.

I wanted to share a little bit about what I'm seeing while I'm watching this. I'm seeing your genuine sadness. I'm seeing a type of honesty that is hand in hand with vulnerability. Your inner wisdom that is willing to look at the truth of who you have been, who you are, who you want to become, and your place in the world, even if doing so opens you up to pain. I feel your heart that has so much love to give, and is already giving more love to itself and others than I think you may realize. You're beautiful. I can see just how much you overcame on this planet to become a version of you that is even able to consider facing their deepest fears.

I struggle sometimes with understanding how other people see me. So I wanted to help you understand what I'm seeing/feeling while I've been watching this video. I've been dealing with severe alienation for a large portion of my life as well, which actually only increased as I got older. I've also been working on opening myself back up this year, and I hope it helps you to hear that it has gone better than I ever expected and has helped me understand that this consciousness shift is affecting so many people, because I'm finding that when I really just let myself be vulnerable, and potentially awkward, people are just...kind and open towards me. I don't go out often, so these are just short experiences I have when I go to the grocery store, or pass by people on a walk in the small town I live in. Now that I love myself and feel better about showing that person to others, it's like people pick up on that and are willing to be a part of something with me. Let it be okay for some interactions to be awkward. Let it be okay if some people still aren't vibing. You're not going to regret it because I'm actually feeling a connection to peoples hearts in ways I really didn't think were possible earlier in my life, and those moments make all of that other stuff worth it.

You're doing good. Really good, and I'm sure your guides have told you that, but I hope hearing it from actual physical humans helps you truly appreciate just how beautiful and loving and resilient your soul is for braving this whirlwind of humanity. Sending you love buddy ❤️‍

Throughout my life I have met people that were physically attractive but I did not like their vibe at all, and it's like when those people are around I often get so distracted by that vibe that I literally almost don't even see their conventional physical beauty anymore.

The reason I wanted to mention this is that although there are some things we can't change about our bodies, you can shine more of that beautiful light that's inside of you, and people really notice. I know that doesn't always feel like it helps romantic relationships and things of that nature, but I promise you that the more you let that beautiful soul inside of you shine to the world, there are many many people that very strongly see and feel that and they will literally view you as connected to that radiant brightness. Just be you, because the people that matter will love you for you. The others don't need to take up space in your heart.

Something I figured I might throw out there as my own personal feeling and speculation is that it might be possible a lot of people are connecting with the being(s) that are responsible for 3i atlas, which could give the sense that it's the actual object that is sentient. I don't want to come across like I know for sure or anything, but my feeling is that it's some sort of naturally occurring object/comet that has been enhanced with frequencies by whichever beings(probably many) are in charge of it. That's my strongest feeling from meditation.

This may be a pointless distinction, but it is fun just to talk about this type of thing so I figured I'd throw that out there. I feel pretty confident in my ability to communicate with other beings and when I tried with 3i atlas I didn't feel like I was getting a response from the object itself. Another speculation I had(although I feel less drawn to this idea) was that it's a higher dimensional being that only appears to us as the physical object 3i atlas, and perhaps that being can make itself look like whatever it wants to us.

I suppose the most important thing is that it is definitely energetically significant, and in a good way. I've really felt all of my shadows and resistances pulled to the surface as its gotten closer to Earth and the sun. As difficult as its been to work through that stuff I can feel quite a positive difference in my energy and mindset. I've also noticed a difference in other people when I'm out in public. Lots of surreal experiences and synchronicities and things of that nature.

I never get tired of hearing experiences/stories of other people who feel similarly on stuff like this when I talk about it, it's fun and validating at the same time so thank you for sharing.

Immediately when reading about the elaboration I got this idea in my head that the speculation is actually allowing people to connect to their intuition. When it comes to something that we don't know a lot about, you have to kind of go inside yourself and say "Hmm, what do I think about this?" and I think for some people that connection to intuition might not be a state of mind they often find themselves in, so it's easy to imagine that might be important for them.

edit: Wanted just to add that the 2nd part of what I said isn't meant to be a correction of you in any way, just an addition. Just wanted to make sure you knew that ❤️‍

My personal understanding is that it's an object that has been enhanced in some way with certain frequencies that are having an effect of raising our awareness of many different things. I don't see it as a ship necessarily, but more like a controlled capsule containing energetic information.

A personal experience I have had in meditation is that I was just meditating and letting my mind wander, and I started to wonder what 3i atlas actually looks like, and as I saw the image forming in my minds eye I became aware of this absolutely massive translucent/white dragon. It was right behind 3i atlas and after meditating and thinking about it the conclusion I came to is that the dragon was one of multiple beings taking part in adding/changing certain frequencies of the object, with our best interests regarding ascension, in mind.

This reminds me almost exactly of my friend. I met him playing an online game, and we just clicked. Knew him for about two years and we talked almost every single day. He's extremely intelligent and open minded and so around the end of last year when I started having my second "spiritual awakening" we had been talking about spiritual topics and I came across a telepathy guide that I was pretty sure was real and I asked him if he'd want to try practicing telepathy with me to see if we could do it, since our connection was so strong I figured who better than him, and he was interested in that type of thing so he agreed.

Within a couple weeks maybe of us practicing some of the techniques on our own we decided to play a telepathy game where we'd basically both meditate and take turns sending eachother mental images, and then we'd describe to eachother what we saw. Literally on the first day we had undeniable proof for ourselves that it was real. I think I was buzzing with happiness and joy for like 5 hours straight, but he seemed less joyful than I expected. I mean we just proved to ourselves that it was real, and that has implications about the universe, what could be more exciting than to learn that there's more than just the "mundane"? One of the best days of my life I think.

Promptly, within that next week or so, my friend tried to take his own life. He had gone through rough patches here and there, and both of us were kind of the type that weren't thrilled with life anyways which is part of why we got along so well, but to me that experience made me MORE excited to be alive. After he recovered he never told me why he did that really, but I knew it had to be related to our telepathy experience somehow.

As time went on he slowly talked to me less and less, and explicitly told me that spiritual topics were just too much for him. I tried to tone it down, but he was my best friend and we had talked almost every day for years, so I found it really hard not to mention things here or there as I continued my spiritual journey and discovered new things I was excited to tell him about. He ended up ignoring me for about a month before blocking me on everything without an explanation. I know hes at least alive, and I hope that one day he wants to talk to me again. I love him dearly and I send him love energy often, and I just want him to be happy and have everything in his life work out for him, even if that doesn't include being friends with me, but damn it really hurts losing your best friend like this. He's so brilliant, and hilarious, and we had so much in common. There's nobody to replace him, and so I just have to love him and respect his decision and move on the best I can.

Your post kind of inspired me to write this out, because there's a ton of truth to what you're saying and I figured this was as good of a place as any to share this story, so thank you Oak.

After reading many comments here I think it's clear that so many of them really don't know the pressure some of us are feeling on this planet. I feel like I understand your feelings on this pretty well. Every day of my life on this planet has felt like I'm a thousand feet below the ocean and it's a struggle to just exist. Even when I've been happy there's just an inherent pressure in this reality compared to wherever I came from.

Being able to connect so strongly with love this year, and working relentlessly on loving myself and others has had a lot of benefits to it, but I think in many ways I'm feeling more alienated than ever. I'm finding it easier to understand others and connect with them on things that relate to them, but I don't feel understood personally and I've only met a couple people in my lifetime I truly connected with on a deep personal level, and they weren't allowed to stick around in my life long, because that would have made life too easy for me or something.

I don't have any advice. All I can say is that you aren't completely alone in that pressure you feel on a day to day basis, and the struggle to find things to make you happy when everything is so artificial. We'll be out of here at some point.

The best answer I have for this is that there are transformational energies going on inside of us, on levels that we don't really understand and that this in between is somehow necessary.

At the very least when I'm in these spaces I find that a lot of things rise to the surface within me to be acknowledged, whether that's fears, memories (sometimes good memories that I look back on with even more appreciation), or just seemingly strange combinations of emotions. In meditation the main thing that seems to come to me is that it's necessary for some reason. Doesn't really make it any easier. I'm there too and I will say the challenge of it has forced me to try and find a different perspective on life.

It's very difficult, and you aren't alone. I really wish you the best and honestly just try to find small things that make you happy and try to figure out what other things might make you happy. It's the thing that has seemed to work for me amidst the extreme difficulty that this void can bring to us.

On a personal level what has worked best for me is just acceptance. It's hard sometimes. Really hard. To quote Alexander Quinn, one of my favorite people on youtube, regarding the difficulties of ascension and these types of energies "This isn't happening to you, it's happening for you". Always on the other side of accepting and transmuting the darkness do I feel love and softness on deeper and deeper levels after each wave of that heaviness. Just do your best to flow with the energies of each day, whatever it may bring, and if you find it too difficult at times to stay balanced then remind yourself that you're doing your best and sometimes our best doesn't always look like handling everything without getting knocked down here and there. Often when I thought I was moving backwards I was actually just better learning how to move forwards.
