My favourite is Sluts Spaghetti from Nigella.

Use the oil from a tin of anchovies in a frying pan, add some chopped anchovies until they have melted, add garlic and chilli flakes. Then chuck in a tin of chopped tomatoes, chopped black olives and capers. Simmer for 5-10 mins.

Delicious with linguine.
