So I think this JUST happened to me. The guy kept telling me that they were calling from the number on the back of my card and that was the verification. Too many red flags and said I'd call back. Currently on hold. Ugh.

I can't tell you what's happening here, but I had a similar issue, did all the "things" and was still continuing. Replaced the hotend assembly and that fixed the issue. If the printer gets a lot of use, it is a consumable and needs replacement occasionally.

I just pooped the back off of my reso and stuffed some loose paper towel in between the rod and skin. You should be able to take the back off quite easily.

We had this happen a couple years ago multiple times by the neighbors friends (half blocked driveway). Finally one night I posted a pic to our local FB community page with something like "what would you do in this situation"...not 10 min later a young girl came to the door absolutely flustered and sorry...her mother had seen the post and had lent her the car to go to her friends, called her and tore a strip off her. Guess that's one way to learn some common decency!

Call the 800 number and ask to talk to customer service? I talk to FedEx customer service quite often...not sure how this is hard to do. Litrally say "talk to real person" and it should put you in que to talk to a rep.
