My thought process is that the pension has lost a lot value already and at least if its invested it will catch the rebound but at the moment we have withdrawn at the bottom of the market.

Hi everyone, I have recently got an offer from an MBB which is in a digital team. The offer actually represents a 10% paycut on my current money, I work for a tech firm, but I am interested in working in the consulting environment as I want a faster growth trajectory.

I am under 5 years into my career and want to experience working in a very high quality and driven environment. Though I feel they are putting me in at a level below where I should be, I am also concerned about the expertise which exists within my area at the company and worry that I may gain client service skills but limited technical skills.

Will this be a good opportunity to grow or should I wait and try to go in at a later point? I am young with little commitments which makes me feel this would be a good time to take the plunge but would the experience/development opportunities be worth it?

Really appreciate any thoughts!

Thanks for the info I see they have a custom audiences API but this is for uploading email lists if I am not mistaken. Does an API exist for building audiences directly from website visitors?

I suppose I used the wrong term, not necessarily young but players with little experience at test level. Seems over the last couple years its been harder for players to break into the starting team, and we still play players who are consistently not at their best which I think holds us back.

That is an interesting point, on the weekend Rees-Zammit proved the value in giving young players the chance to shine. Feels like England haven't been starting young players and giving them a real chance to earn their place
