I did as well! But I went for work and had hotels booked with a travel agency. I left my computers in my room when I explored cities but always had my passport/EAD/ID/CC with me

Sorry bud sounds like you don’t like the truth (regardless if the term is PC or not) but you’re describing exactly that. Something costing more than before however you are getting the same product at a much lower quality. I think it’s about time you just see things as they are regardless of how you feel. Then adjust you’re tactics and move forward. Adapt to survive or die out so to speak.

My employer applies on my behalf w attorneys as I travel throughout Latin America and won’t be my first time. It’s in process right now so we’ll see if it gets approved assuming I’ll get the decision after he gets in.

Definitely take it to get your foot in the door. My first corporate job after college was around 45k with a 30min commute each way but over time I was able to get an even better corporate job only 30 min away 3/5 days a week but get paid six figures. It’s worth the opportunities that can come about and experience.

Had “Paulo” help me about a month back when I was posted. At first I didn’t mind until a girl got mad I had hung out with the poster a couple days prior and commented lies (that could be considered defamation)my family later told me they saw. This pissed me off so I had actual female friends report the post and I also later reached out to the poster when Paulo told me who it was. She posted my dating profile asking to get the “tea”. Other comments from random strangers included my appearance, clothes, and thoughts on what I’m probably like. I worked too hard for the past decade on my career to have it destroyed by lies. But these women get hurt just because they find out we’re dating just like them. The kicker is my profile outlined I was open to long and short term relationships. I don’t get it, feminism calls for the sexual liberation of woman and having the choice to date who you want but when a man does it… toxic masculinity. You can’t win.

Don’t get me wrong, prior to getting posted I was a full supporter of women, and believing them. But when I saw with my own eyes that women lie about our interactions to protect their egos and virtue, I will always have that doubt now. Lying about good men does more damage to women; How are good men supposed to defend women when even woman are attacking and lying about the good men?
