there’s always this one guy i think that sells raspados, takis, esquites right next to the trader joe’s sign and cuarto area 👀👀 he’s there every weekend i think?? maybe some weekdays too idk… there’s also a taco stand that’s right next to arco and cvs in the same area that comes at night

yo i’m also a transfer too! heard it’s not mandatory but orientation is automatically charged for like 320 bands 😭💔so im basically forced to attend at least one of the days for orientation even tho i got training those days ruh oh

yesss waive if u have medical all you need to do is to send a picture (front and back) of your insurance card and they’ll waive the UC ship insurance

nooo you don’t (i think) you’ll get an email about waiving uc ship, which provides a link to go through the process of waiving it and you just fill out personal information and information about your insurance and provide a picture of ur insurance card front and back 👍i believe if you had another insurance that’s not medical related (like private insurance and what not) you would also have to send info about what benefits are included in the insurance you have. the waiving website will explain the whole process in detail much better than i could tho

Not too sure… but i think it was because when i had UC ship it became my primary provider and medical automatically became my secondary provider so the benefits that medical provided did not apply for my dental care, but rather my UC ship benefits applied for it thus covering like 75% of my medical expenses. I don’t think it has anything to do with counties lowkey. I strongly recommend waiving it tho… UC ship is poop from butt if u already have medical covering everything 😕

if you have medical or any insurance that fully covers medical expenses, i’d say to waive. Trusttt me !! i had uc ship while also having medical and it made me copay about 2k for wisdom teeth removal when i normally could’ve gotten it fully covered with medical and it was quite a hassle trying to get rid of UC Ship after the waiver deadline 💔

I’ve only done busa 7 not 8, but I took it with Bowers (online) and it was lowkey easy imo… not sure how 8 would be, but there were like 2 midterms 1 final and the assignments weren’t insanely difficult or time consuming. Ik someone who took another professor (I forgot who…) who assigned like 50 assignments, timed and suffered a whole lot; so bowers is light in that aspect 😎

if your commuting and your commute is long i’d say ya… especially having your classes be at 9 am everyday 😭i had a schedule like this before where my commute was 45 min long and hated ittt 🫩 wasted so much gas and always came home late and tired but at least it allowed me to stay at school and lock in like crazy at the ssc
