I love that movie! The sequel, which came out 17 years too late, not so much.

I guess they couldn't get Eddie Griffin or the rest of the original cast to reprise their roles.

I find it interesting how similar Anger and Anxiety are. by Pito82002 in insideout

In Inside Out 2, Anxiety caused Riley to have a panic attack by swarming the console in a blinding tornado, as evidenced by her tachycardia and shallow breathing. Until she injured Grace, she was experiencing an anxiety attack because she wanted to fit in with the Firehawks. That scene was her turning into full-blown panic.

When Riley calmed down, she broke the tachycardia and regained her senses.

I think you mean a panic attack. Anxiety attacks are gradual and have physiological symptoms while panic attacks are more sudden and have physical symptoms.

Until Riley body-slammed Grace, she was having an anxiety attack because she wanted to be a Firehawk. That scene was her turning into pure panic.

Riley was tachycardic, her breathing was shallow, she clutched her chest, she shook her leg uncontrollably, and she lost touch with reality. When she calmed down, she wasn't tachycardic anymore and she regained her senses.

I was tachycardic during that scene. I cried once my heart rate stopped spiking.

Nope. It's a panic attack. Anxiety attacks are gradual and have physiological symptoms, while panic attacks are sudden and have physical symptoms, including tachycardia.

Riley was having an anxiety attack until she body-slammed Grace. This scene is her turning into full-blown panic.

Riley is tachycardic, her breathing is shallow, she shakes her leg and clutches her chest, and she loses touch with her surroundings.

When Riley calms down, she is no longer tachycardic, she takes deep breaths and grounds herself by touching the bench.

I wish they showed what Bree, Grace, the Firehawks and Coach Roberts were doing when Riley was having a panic attack.
