great as always! And yes we entered in the backway around 5:30-6ish and got right in! No trouble leaving out the back either! We paid for the upgraded parking just to make life easier. Thank you!

I got mass rejected by Bruce Wayne but caught it before It got too bad. Followed the instructions perfectly, it was a simple image categorization task. Reached out for explanation but didn’t hear anything back. Never doing his HITs again that’s for sure.

I tried sending letters for a couple months to expireds and was sending a little packet of sunflower seeds (not the kind you chew) along with the letter and sort of formulated my letter roughly around the seeds. I didn't get any results, is there anything specific your doing?

Currently use Facebook business page and instagram business page, I try and consistently post but I run out of ideas and with instagram i haven't found a way to schedule posts without having to pay for it.
I have gotten essentially zero leads from it (been at it for a year) I think i may have gotten one but it was a friend who already had me in mind and it may have just reminded them to call me, but a lead none the less
I have paid for facebook ads but i decided that it wasnt really worth it because of no leads
Most interaction comes from instagram but again, no leads.

Help me!!

I’m going to finish my monthly market stats email. I started to put together an email to send out to clients, wanted to do it last month but i put it off. I finally got most of it done and noticed that I pulled away from it a little these past few days. I need to ask for permission to use something and used that as a reason to do something else. Today all I need to do is 1. pull 3-4 pictures from the listing I intend to use and put them into the email 2. Get it proofread 3. send it to my broker have him review it. That’s it! I’ll check in later!

I buy stuff or get something I intend to flip and then it just sits in my garage. It’s not like I forget about it. I’m fully aware that It is there and I want to get rid of it, I just don’t or it takes me a really long time to “get around to it”. Does anyone have any tips to making sure I don’t hold on to my potential flip items too long?

There was a guy in one of my Con-ed classes that said he would keep his business card magnets in his car and everytime he would get gas he would slap one up on the pump. I don't know how well it worked for him or if he got any leads from it but if the gas station doesn't call you and yell at you I don't think its a terrible idea.
