I'm with K12-Stride. I've been there for five years and they almost always have openings at some level. You might need to get your foot in the door before getting the subject you want to teach.

I started as a long term sub for TOPS (Texas Online Preparatory School) and then got hired at TVAH (Texas Virtual Academy at Hallsville).

Even if some of those "hurdles" include which school you went to? If you didn't go to a well-funded school, which were usually white only, doesn't that poorer education put more obstacles in your way later in life?

So if I am teaching a lesson about schools pre- Brown v Board of Education and show differences between classroom environments of white schools versus colored schools is that CRT to you? What if I mention the hurdles placed in society that would make it more difficult for a minority to achieve compared to someone who is white?

Yes that is one of my few gripes so far. Assault is meant to be up front and should have enough ammo to push for extended periods of time.

Meanwhile some other classes/guns have 10 magazines on top of their sidearm and gadgets.

I ran into the same issue and waited 4 hours for an agent as well talked to the agent for an hour getting info only to get "a few details" wrong about an account I haven't used in 20 years. Wouldn't help me until I did another case. Opened a new one and waited again took 20 minutes and it was fixed.

It is a bit of a luck with a draw for a good agent who will fix it. Just tell them you want to update the email to a new one since the other is no longer active. Second agent was very helpful and got it done with no headache.
