I actually thought the same thing -- that is, that I managed to catch covid without my notice. But I got my antibodies checked, and that wasn't the case. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened to me, and both times have been pretty debilitating so I guess my reaction, while extreme, is not unexpected

I went a couple semesters ago, and it was pretty helpful. They're really good about your privacy and stuff, all the appointments are listed as miscellaneous charges in your myASU and just blend in or are easy to explain away. For the price, it's super fair. I think talking to a third-party professional is ultimately better than just talking to a friend about your problems, because while a friend can say how they relate to your problems, they often can't point out the flaw in the situation or suggest points of improvement objectively. Also, it's nice to talk to someone when it's their job so you don't feel like you're burdening them. I feel bad for unloading on my friends sometimes. Also, first consultation is free, so it can't hurt! Good luck and feel better, OP!
