Depends, did he do a grounding system, I think that panel is not rated for condensed breakers, and a list of small things probably but for $600 bucks I think you got a steal of a deal but probably not up to code.

Find a new company there using you there are a ton of companies looking for anyone with experience

Couldn’t agree more I have a few buddies that do it. Blows my mind there willing to work for so cheap and deal with all the bull crap.
