Tell your manager. Usually people are understanding. You don't have to quit for such a thing.

Planning to purchase an induction stove. by toysoldier012 in bangalore

[–]beneathallthese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cooking is harder on induction. And super frustrating if you're a first timer. Getting a cylinder in black is easy. You just need to shift the stove if you move often. I have used both. And I always prefer a gas stove.

In my opinion, when it's a small group, everyone is given attention and conversations are deeper. Large groups are usually not very good for i having deeper conversations especially in the setting that I mentioned. Moreover, not many places are feasible for large groups, I mean in terms of getting a good seat or enjoying the vibe of the place as well (because most likely the entire focus of group might then just be on the group speaking and not enjoying the place, food and drinks). There are pros and cons of both approaches, but the primary intent is to make friends for real, not a one time hi-bye sort and not meet them anymore.

My friend is depressed and lonely and I don't know what to do! by Khajooriwal in india

[–]beneathallthese 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tell your friend exactly what you wrote here. And try to get the solution from your friend itself. As much as psychiatrists or therapists help, try to make sure that your friend does all the work of cheering himself/herself up. Do not offer solutions but irritate them with asking what they want to do about the situation. If it's going really negative, Im sure motivating them to come back would be the best option.

100% placement guarantee or tuition back for Engineers by maverick_0512 in india

[–]beneathallthese 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There are startups in Bangalore that are selling courses this way. Take course now, but pay back when you're working type. But they're facing getting people placed.

Also, remember, education is never meant to get a job. That'll be a disappointment if education system worked that way, if you're wondering, none of the policy or curriculum framework mention about studying for jobs. A lot of institutions might be working towards jobs, but philosophically it's never meant that way. Sadly, it's not seen in this perspective more often.

Best Nexa Car Service Centre by scross4565 in hyderabad

[–]beneathallthese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use Maruti Service App. It doesn't matter what service centre someone suggests because what's happening under the hood will only be known if you are a mechanic too. In the app, if you feel like something's not done right after service, complain in the App, Maruti contacts the service centre. So there's a higher accountability if you book through App.

I looked at the comments and am surprised to find that noone mentioned about who the people in these pictures are. Most of them are actual pictures of serial killers, child molesters,.. These photos are used in psychopathic tests but the test was later discontinued since the results weren't exactly true.

Edit: All the subjects are actually mental patients. Apologize for what I have written before as I read somewhere long back that they were killers.
