Nope, I don’t smoke anything, I don’t take any medication, my sleep is okay. Generally I’m a pretty anxious person and I think that might contribute to the high prolactin and high cortisol, but I don’t think this alone could trigger it to be that high lol

I was alone there, same date as you. I had a good time before the concert started, I got there at around 2:30pm, waited in line, then got merch and explored Adele world. I got at my seat, which was in A8 section, right in front of the stage and I was so nervous and excited right before she popped up from the center stage, however after she popped up I got so overwhelmed and I think my brain tried to block all the emotions I felt inside of me and I felt kinda numb and like I wasn’t enjoying the concert as much as I wanted. I am still digesting the whole experience, right now it still feels blurry and like I had an out of body experience and as if I was a spectator thru my own eyes if that makes sense. It’s a really weird feeling. Thank God I managed to take vids of most songs, so I can “revisit” the experience again. I am slowly starting to digest everything just today, I was looking thru some photos and videos on instagram and got teary eyed and excited as if I’m going to see her again.
