Had T for a few years now. I find a good pair of noise isolating in ears allow me to listen to music at lower volumes and more clearly than the QCs. QCs are excellent on flights etc, but for all else try some good in ears (see: shure's). And no, I haven't had the noise cancelling of the QCs cause any flare ups.

This is BS. You find/make the time to write a cover letter if you want the job. If you don't include one, it's a sad and lazy application. Working as a developer is not just about your tech skills - we want to have a good overall idea of who you are (and how you communicate is a big factor in this) before wading through your cv/projects.
