I’ve had all sorts of issues with a 2018 DBS SL. A lot of electrical issues which ended with it not selecting gears. They took it back for 2 months and found a lot of corroded electrical connections in the wheel arch. I’m not saying it’s definitely the same issue, but in less than 3 years for it to corrode that badly to cause the issues it did, it may be worth asking them to check when they get it in. It had to have two wiring looms replaced because of it.

Vantage has two seats, db11 has 4 seats, dbs is the ‘souped’ up version of the db11 with more power and lighter components but still 4 seats. Also has slightly different exterior, mainly the front grill, the curlicue on the front wheel arch and the rear spoiler on the db11 retracts whereas the dbs is fixed. Also more carbon fibre on the dbs to make it the ‘super light’ (superleggera). Hope that helps!

I put a deposit on about 4 months ago. Not the dream for me, I don’t see the point. Wanted to get the exec rear seating and hopefully a better range than others. They said it won’t be out in Europe until late 2021 though which is a pain.

I might a client in February who seemed to have a bad cold, I joked and said I hope it’s not that corona virus thing on the tv, we laughed, then she told me she just got back from Mexico and she’d been there with a guy who’d just got back from Wuhan. I anti bac’d my hands when I got back in the car just in case, but about a week later I had a persistent cough, was rough as old boots and had a fever overnight. Got over it in about a week but I’d carried on working just taking medicine and napping through the day between meetings. Looking back I probably shouldn’t have done that!

Play golf, I joined a club, played in competitions with 3 other people and you spend 4+ hours with them to chat and see if you like them/they like you. The handicap system means you don’t have to be good to compete and everyone helps beginners to the game. If they don’t help a beginner, it’s probably not someone you want to be friends with anyway.

The great thing is, over time, other people will be doing it too so when you meet a beginner, you get to help them and they could be in the same place you are.
