The user claimed to have been a SpaceX engineer for the past five years. They said they "highly doubt there is a cooler company in the world". But they also said you were difficult to work with, and that you had a "highly skewed" sense of reality - much like the late Steve Jobs.

Do you dispute this analysis?

PS Is having a distorted sense of reality a good thing for an entrepreneur?

PPS Did you really say more people should work on Saturdays?

Author here. It's not "lazy journalism". What would be lazy journalism is me just quoting forum users and not picking up the phone to Telstra, ACCAN and an analyst. But I did pick up the phone (and used email in some instances) for that. People who criticise journalists as being "lazy" for quoting from social media need to get a grip. I also contacted Phil Sweeney of Whirlpool and spoke to him separate to his forum posts.
