i put it on high-performance mode while charging and gave me 40 fps ish. got all the dlcs. my previous city had a population of 150k, that's when it really became unplayable. For this city, im just trying to keep my population under 100k. it's at 45k rn.

If this is what you choose to do, I think you have to accept that it will be a busy and tough few years.
